Running or walking is one of the most convenient and effective ways to lose weight without much trouble. Some people prefer to run and others prefer to walk, and this created a huge debate over which one is best for weight loss. Well, the answer to this question is not all black or white; the answer will depend entirely on your own needs and physical fitness level.

I started walking before I took up running and you should too. The best answer is going to be a combination of the two or what’s called the walk/run method—especially for the beginner runner.
